Black In Latin America
Has anyone watched this series? I find it to be highly interesting. I was aware of most of the show's findings, but I think it's a good idea for those unfamiliar with the region to have all this material presented in a single source. I would love to hear your thoughts.
I agree with you.It s very interesting this information. After seeing the documental of Profesor Gates, as a peruvian i feel ashamed of other peruvians that justify the "racism" that exists here, saying that is a "cultural topic". Characters on TV shows like "negro mama" reinforces the racism and discrimination between peruvians and this is unfair, because we have to respect each other as humans. That's what i have to say.
